Cancellation Policy (In English)
The following terms apply to cancellations on our on-demand service website:

Cancellation by Service Provider:
- If the service provider cancels the service for any reason, the user will receive a full refund.
- After cancellation by the service provider, the user will have the option to book a service with an alternate service provider through our website.

Cancellation by User:
- Users must notify at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to cancel their booking. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the service, a portion of the service fee may be deducted.
- Cancellation fees and policies may vary depending on the service provider’s terms.
- Cancellation requests can be made through the website or app.

Custom and Special Services:
- If a user has booked custom services or special requests, the possibility of a full refund may be limited, and the service provider’s cancellation policy will apply.

Please Note:
- If the service provider fails to start the service on time or there is a quality issue, the user will receive a full refund.
- If the user cancels within the service provider's specified time frame, a cancellation fee may apply.

Cancellation and refund policy:
- You can raise a request for cancellation with 24 hours.
- Once we receive the request then we will refunded your amount. It may take 7 days to be credited in your original payment mode.
