The following terms apply to refunds on our on-demand service website:

• Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds will only be provided for services that were not completed or were canceled by the service provider.
  • If a service was partially delivered, a partial refund may be granted.
  • Full refunds may be provided if the service provider did not deliver the service on time.
  • If a user cancels the booking, the service provider’s cancellation policy will apply, and cancellation fees may be deducted.

• Requesting a Refund:

  • Users must contact us to request a refund, and this request should be made within 7 days of the service being delivered.
  • Refund requests can be submitted through the website.

• Refund Process:

  • If the refund is approved, it will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Refund process aprove within 24-48 hours.
  • The refund will be credited in 7-10 business days.

• Non-Refundable Services:

  • Some services, such as instant bookings, personalized requests, or special services, may not be eligible for refunds.

• Partial or Full Refund:

  • If the service was partially delivered, a partial refund will be processed.
  • If the service was not delivered at all, a full refund will be issued.

• Cancellation and refund policy:

  • You can raise a request for cancellation with 24 hours.
  • Once we receive the request then we will refunded your amount. It may take 7 days to be credited in your original payment mode.
